Renewable energy has several significant advantages over fossil fuel.
1. There is no ongoing fuel cost so no fluctuation in energy price.
2. There is no by-product produced from the energy conversion process.
In summary, renewable energy should be cleaner and cheaper over the life
cycle of the power generation plant.

The traditional ways in which we have heated our homes, powered our industries and fueled our transportation systems are becoming less sustainable. There are two main reasons for this. Firstly, emissions from fossil fuel usage are resulting in global climate change and secondly, we are rapidly running out of fossil fuels.
